Vibed in Swift on native AppKit. A small binary built around a human limit — some hands can't do the two-finger scroll.

^* HID (Human Interface Device) is the layer macOS uses to read pointer input. Scrlr needs Accessibility and Input Monitoring permissions to run — enable them under System Settings → Privacy & Security when prompted.
